We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, home address, electric utility, electric-bill amount, energy-usage information, homeowner status, energy goals, appointment preferences and communications with us. If you voluntarily provide an electric bill, it may contain account and usage information.
We may also collect ordinary website information such as device type, browser type, referring page and general interaction data when those services are enabled.
How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and prepare requested home-energy reviews.
