Representative solar + battery lease
Energy agreements with no upfront costs are available for qualified homeowners. This example is a solar equipment lease for a qualifying home in Southern California Edison territory, with a 7.31 kW solar system (17 panels) and one 13.5 kWh battery. It is not a purchase of the equipment.

Autopay and other options
The $10 autopay discount is already included in every payment shown. Without eligible automatic bank payments, add $10 to the applicable monthly payment. For example, the first-year payment without autopay is $127.91.
A 0% annual-increase option is also available for qualified homeowners at different initial pricing. The example above is the 3.5% option. Ask to compare both options for your home.
Eligibility and individual pricing
This is a representative available offer, not a price promised for every home. Pricing depends on credit approval, utility territory, system size, equipment, roof and shade conditions, installation requirements and final design. This example assumes the quoted configuration does not require a main-panel upgrade; additional work can change the price.
This lease example does not apply to Corona Department of Water & Power, Lathrop Irrigation District or Redding Electric Utility territories. Product availability differs in those areas.
Actual savings vary with energy use, utility rates, system production and agreement terms. Savings comparisons should include both the energy-agreement payment and remaining utility charges.
Your agreement
The equipment is owned by the lease provider during the lease. Review the agreement for maintenance, performance guarantees, home-sale transfers, early termination and end-of-term purchase, removal or renewal terms. The initial-term schedule above does not include renewal periods. Renewal may occur automatically if you do not make the required election. Late or returned payments and other events described in the agreement may result in additional charges.
